Terms and Conditions for Wedding Photography and/or Videography Services

1. Agreement Overview
These terms and conditions govern the agreement between Heart in Hand Studios, hereinafter referred to as the "Videographer," and the Client(s), hereinafter referred to as the "Client," for the provision of wedding videography services. By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms.

2. Payment and Retainer
To reserve the Videographer’s services for the wedding date, a non-refundable retainer fee of [Amount] is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due [X] days before the wedding date. If payment is not made by this time, the Videographer reserves the right to cancel the agreement and retain the retainer and any/all monies paid.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the Client decides to cancel or reschedule the wedding, the retainer is non-refundable. If rescheduled, the Videographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability, or will send an associate in place. If the event is canceled within [X] days of the wedding, the Client agrees to pay [X]% of the total package price.

4. Services Provided
The Videographer agrees to provide wedding videography and / or photography services as outlined in the contract, including the shooting and editing of the event footage and / or images. Final edited videos and / or images will be delivered in the format agreed upon by both parties. The Videographer’s services do not include raw footage and / or images unless explicitly stated in the contract.

5. Client Cooperation
The Client agrees to provide a detailed timeline and location information, as well as access to all key individuals for the filming. The Client understands that video quality may be impacted by environmental factors, such as lighting or venue restrictions. The Client agrees to work with the Videographer to ensure all moments are captured as intended.

6. Delivery of Final Product
The final edited wedding video and / or wedding photo gallery will be delivered within [X] weeks of the event, depending on the complexity of the project. The delivery method will be via [method, e.g., online gallery, USB drive], as specified in the contract. Any additional copies or format requests will be subject to additional fees.

7. Copyright and Usage
The Videographer retains all rights to the footage and / or images and final edited product, including the right to use the footage and / or images for promotional purposes such as social media, website, and marketing materials. The Client grants the Videographer permission to use the footage and / or images in this manner, unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Liability
The Videographer is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury incurred during the wedding or event. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Videographer from capturing the event, the Videographer will not offer a refund.

9. Force Majeure
The Videographer is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, accidents, or emergencies.

10. Agreement Amendments
Any changes or additions to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both the Client and the Videographer. Any verbal agreements are not legally binding.

11. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts of [Your State].

12. Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
