01 | Do you travel?
Yes! Heart in Hand Studios is available all over the US. Places we've been to include Florida, Texas, Colorado and more to document elopements to large scale weddings. Take us on your next destination event!
02 | Do you charge a travel fee?
For anything outside of Oklahoma and North Texas, there will be a travel fee. If it's driveable, a milage and hotel fees may be added to your invoice. If flying is required, airfare, stay & transportation may be added!
03 | How long will our wedding film be?
Your final highlight film typically ranges from 3 to 7 minutes, depending on your package. We also offer extended edits, ceremony edits, and full toast videos as add-ons.
04 | When will we receive our products?
We deliver your highlight film and/or wedding gallery within 10–12 weeks. If you choose additional edits like the full ceremony or speeches or re-edits, they’ll be delivered within that same timeframe or sooner.
05 | How do we book you?
To secure your date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Once that’s done, your date is officially reserved!
